How much does delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

For e-commerce parcels and returns, standard delivery to your hostel common area is ₹13. Doorstep delivery directly to your room door is ₹19 (Standard ₹13 + ₹6 doorstep surcharge). For custom campus errands (Anything-from-Anywhere), standard delivery is ₹19 and doorstep is ₹29 (Standard ₹19 + ₹10 doorstep surcharge).

Which UniMall pickup rooms does DashHub support?

DashHub currently collects from all authoritative LPU parcel counters at UniMall: Room 303 (Bluedart), Room 410 (Flipkart/Myntra), Room 411 (Flipkart/Myntra), Room 414 (Nykaa/Ajio/etc.), Room 415 (Amazon), Room 416 (Meesho), Room 418 (Delhivery), and custom counter desks.

What is the daily cutoff time for parcel collection?

Accepted Answer

The daily batch cutoff time is 4:00 PM (16:00). Requests confirmed before 4:00 PM are collected and scheduled for evening delivery on the same operating day. Requests placed after 4:00 PM are automatically scheduled for the next operating day.

Question 5

Which hostels are eligible for doorstep room delivery?

Accepted Answer

Doorstep room delivery is available across all 19 active student residences (BH1–BH7, BS11–BS13, GH1–GH6, GS11–GS13) and Lovely Bake Apartments. Non-residential destinations such as Robo Park and general custom campus blocks support standard handoff only.

How do OTP deliveries work?

If your courier service requires a delivery OTP, indicate this during request creation. When our student collector reaches the UniMall counter, you will receive an in-app prompt and notification to share the live courier OTP securely.

Question 7

Can I return packages using DashHub?

Accepted Answer

Yes. DashHub offers an E-Commerce Return service. Simply submit your return pickup request with the return label or tracking barcode. Our collector picks up the sealed return package from your hostel and deposits it at the corresponding UniMall courier counter.
