DashHub operates micro-logistics and delivery services specifically for university campuses, launching at Lovely Professional University (LPU), Phagwara, Punjab. We respect the privacy of our student customers, runners, and campus partners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, handle, and protect your information when you use our web application.
2. Information We Collect
- Account & Profile Information: Full name, verified mobile phone number, email address, and campus residential destination (hostel block and room number).
- Logistics Request Data: Courier tracking IDs, UniMall counter identifications (e.g. Room 303 Bluedart, Room 415 Amazon), package recipient names, and optional delivery instructions.
- Delivery Verification Records: Digital chain-of-custody logs, real-time courier OTP exchange timestamps, and photographic proof-of-delivery captured upon successful handoff.
- Financial & Transaction Records: Razorpay transaction IDs, payment timestamps, and order amounts. DashHub never stores raw debit/credit card details or UPI pins on its servers; payments are processed directly by RBI-licensed payment gateways.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process collected information strictly for operational logistics purposes:
- Assigning parcel collections to verified campus runners.
- Facilitating counter pickups and live OTP verification at UniMall.
- Sending SMS / in-app notifications regarding package status transitions.
- Resolving customer support queries or misdelivered item inquiries.
- Maintaining immutable audit trails for campus accountability.
4. No Third-Party Data Selling
DashHub does not sell, rent, or trade student personal data or contact details to third-party advertisers, marketing agencies, or data brokers under any circumstances. Personal information is visible only to authorized operations coordinators and the assigned runner strictly for the duration of the active delivery lifecycle.
